I am still excited! Back in March 2007, I learned about a unique nutritional cleansing technology. I started with an Isagenix 9-day Cleansing program. The average weight loss is 7 pounds, but I did better than average... I lost 10 pounds and 1-1/2 inches from my waist. This is not a diet. It's all about getting rid of the impurities from your body, getting your body in balance, and finding the right weight whether it's adding pounds or taking them off.

In May, I reached my weight loss goal. I was down 25 pounds and 5 inches in my waist. Over a year later, I am still there, maintaining my weight, and trying to improve my muscle tone at the gym. My hobbies are golf and photography, although I've had little time for either in the last several years. I've played the trumpet for more than forty years, and even though I'm not a great player, I've played in groups with some tremendous musicians. For 20 years, I played in the orchestra at First Baptist Atlanta, and I still enjoy sitting in at the Atlanta Passion Play when needed. I played in the orchestra at Eastside Baptist Church in Marietta for two years, and in the orchestra at First Redeemer in Cumming, GA for two years. Recently we moved and joined First Baptist Church of Hartwell. There is no orchestra. So for now, I am playing along with hymns and trying to encourage others to join in. Maybe this could be the beginnings of something special.
